Month 1 | Phase 1:
Tuesday, 6:30-8pm weekly session.
Month 2 | Phase 2:
Tuesday, 6:30-8pm weekly session.
Weekly discipleship meeting with mentor.
Month 3 | Phase 3:
Tuesday, 6:30-8pm weekly session.
Weekly discipleship meeting with mentor.
Weekly discipleship meeting with peer-disciple.
Post-Cohort:
1 monthly gathering offered for ongoing community and education.
Why Do I Find My Own Disciplemaker/Disciple
?
Our first choice is that teens will honor an adult in their lives, whom they have a pre-established relationship with, by asking them to walk through this 3-month process together. Also, matchmaking is possible, but tricky. Teens will be given a list of suggestions to aid them in discerning the qualities an adult may have to be their mentor. The adult will then be screened by Disciple Makers staff.
We also invite adults, who come across this opportunity prior to a teen in their life, to invite a teen they feel could benefit from this process.
In the event that a teen or adult wants to participate, but cannot select a teen or adult to walk through the 3-month process together, Disciple Makers will work with the teen to find a member of the community to participate with them.

One-on-one discipleship from mentors to model and support long-term spiritual growth.
Scriptural Knowledge
Deepen understanding and obedience of the Word of God through daily study, prayer, and discussion.

Learning how to apply biblical principles to real-life and peer evangelism.
